Omid Memarian, an Iranian human rights expert, says a U.S. intervention could take ‘many different forms.’ There’s been a lot of ‘contradictory messaging’ coming from the White House, says Memarian, adding the U.S. may be doing that to ‘preserve the element of surprise.’
