Two hearings are taking place in Minnesota on Monday related to immigration enforcement operations in the state. The first looks to determine whether ICE’s operations in the state are illicit. The second hearing centers on a Saturday ruling which prevented government from destroying evidence in the killing of ICU nurse Alex Pretti by federal agents.
