A U-Haul smashed into a large Los Angeles crowd that were demonstrating support for Iranian protesters on Sunday, Jan. 11. The truck driver was swarmed by protesters in the aftermath of the crash. The driver, who has not yet been publicly identified, was detained pending further investigation into the incident.
