Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky begins his third visit to Spain by meeting with the presidents of both houses of parliament at the Spanish Congress. Zelensky will later hold talks with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez and King Felipe VI, Sanchez’s office said, as he tries to rally fresh support against Russia’s invasion.
