US envoy Steve Witkoff says Israeli hostages held in Gaza were coming home, in a message directed at the captives at a rally in Tel Aviv, as a ceasefire took hold in the Palestinian territory. "To the hostages themselves: you are coming home," Witkoff says, prompting applause and cheers from thousands gathered at the plaza known as Hostages’ Square. SOUNDBITE
