The "situation" in Minneapolis is "not sustainable," Mayor Jacob Frey said, as protests continued following the second shooting in about a week involving a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer.
The Department of Homeland Security said an ICE officer shot a person in the leg on Wednesday after the person was alleged to have attacked the officer. Both the officer and the person who was shot were taken to the hospital, DHS officials said.
