GOP leader Sen. John Thune said the chamber is “in a holding pattern” on next steps of the bill. While some senators are optimistic that they could get to a time agreement to speed up consideration of the legislation, any one senator can object and delay a final vote. The House will have to return and adopt the deal struck in the Senate before it is sent to Trump’s desk to be signed. #CNN #News
