Russia has labeled DW, Germany’s international broadcaster, an "undesirable organization," just like Radio Free Europe, Bellingcat, Reporters Without Borders, and TV Rain. In Russia, cooperating with "undesirable organizations" is a criminal offense subject to heavy fines and, in severe cases, imprisonment.
