From DW News.
Just days after signing a U.S.-brokered peace agreement in Washington, rebels from the Rwandan-backed M23 entered the town of Uvira in eastern Congo. This advance is the biggest escalation in months. If successful, it would allow the rebels to expand into other regions of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). According to the UN, more than 200,000 people have been displaced by the fighting since the start of the month.
