About fourteen miles southwest of Philadelphia sits a 220-acre college campus that looks like an Ivy League campus. It’s the home of the Williamson College of the Trades, founded in 1888. The school provides room, board, and tuition-free education for young men who want to pursue a career in the trades. Kevin O’Connor talks with the faculty and students to learn more about the school and why 120 companies compete annually to pay 20-year-olds $75k-100k a year to work for them.
