Locals and authorities use a refrigerator as a makeshift boat to rescue an elderly woman from a flooded street in the Mexican town of Poza Rica. Heavy rains have caused two deaths, flooded homes, landslides, and overflowing rivers in several parts of the country, the government said. A man is also seen being swept down the street by the strong current before authorities throw him a rope and pull him to safety.
