Several prominent European heads of state met at Elysee Palace on Tuesday representing the "Coalition of the Willing", a group of more than 30 countries pledged to support Ukraine in its war with Russia. French President Emmanuel Macron, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz are expected to deliver a joint statement.
