As many as 1 in 5 of all active-duty military families rely on some type of food assistance. Adding insult to injury, many are also not receiving paychecks due to the shutdown and on November 1st federal food assistance funds will run out. Chief Brand and Development Officer at the Armed Services YMCA Dorene Ocamb joins Katy Tur to share more on the issue of food insecurity in the military and what needs to be done to fix it.
