Video shows a child plummeting from a zipline. Knox was celebrating his 10th birthday at an indoor adventure park. Knox, wearing a full body harness, plunged over 20 feet to the floor below. Knox suffered a concussion but is expected to make a full recovery. The incident occurred at Spy Ninjas HQ. The company tells Inside Edition the safety of their guests is a priority and their staff gave Knox prompt medical attention. They also say the zip line was inspected and declared safe by an independent inspector after the incident and is now reopened.
