High winds flung a hot air balloon into a cell phone tower. Its sharp edges punctured the balloon and left the pilot and his passenger dangling in the wind. Firefighters from the Longview, Texas Fire Department rushed to the scene and climbed 920 feet to reach the stricken balloonists. One critical task for the rescuers was calming the nerves of the two men on the balloon. There were no injuries.
