The RCMP says it has successfully dismantled one of the largest known Canadian dark web drug trafficking operations. Seven people, primarily based in the Greater Toronto Area, were arrested and charged with varying counts of trafficking and conspiracy to traffic, the agency said in a news release Thursday.
