Israel and Hamas accuse each other of violating the ceasefire: Will mediators enforce the deal?

From DW News.

Hamas has handed over the remains of two more Israeli hostages to the International Red Cross. So far, Israel has recovered only 9 of the 28 bodies so far. Initially Hamas had agreed — as part of the ceasefire deal — to return all 28 bodies they were known to be holding. Yet Hamas says the bodies are trapped under the rubble and can only be retrieved with the help of specialized equipment. Israel has threatened to slash deliveries of aid entering Gaza – accusing Hamas of moving too slowly in returning the bodies. Israle has not yet opened the Rafah Crossing with Egypt, in violation of the ceasefire agreement. The UN is urging Israel to immediately open all crossings into the territory.
