Police arrested Billy Joe Cagle, 49, of Cartersville, Georgia, who police say made terroristic threats to "shoot up" Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta on Oct. 20. Police made the arrest after being tipped off by Cagle’s family, according to Atlanta Police Chief Darin Schierbaum.
