The motion from Letitia James to have the case against her dismissed based on President Donald Trump’s appointment of Lindsey Halligan as interim US Attorney in Northern Virginia will be combined with a similar motion from former FBI Director James Comey. Both sides have agreed to file a motion to combine the issue with Comey’s case. #CNN #News
