Trump dances in Malaysia after Air Force One landing at airport reception kicks off Asia trip

President Donald Trump landed in Malaysia as part of his second term’s first Asia trip, taking a moment to dance with performers gathereed at the airport following Air Force One’s landing. Trump’s Asia tour is beginning against the backdrop of the U.S. government shutdown, which is stretching into a fourth week.

During his five-day trip from Oct. 24-Oct. 30, Trump will first participate in the 47th ASEAN Summit in Malaysia, before making stops in Japan and South Korea. He is expected to meet with China’s Xi Jinping and Japan’s newly elected Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi on his Asia tour.
