From DW News.
Four people died in opposition protests in Cameroon’s economic center city of Douala on Sunday, according to local authorities. The main opposition party that called for the demonstrations, said that the victims were killed by gunshots.
Clashes between security forces and protesters were seen across the country after opposition candidate Isso Tchiroma Bakary claimed to have won the presidential election, saying he beat incumbent Paul Biya, who has been in power for 43 years.
