Sports commentator Pat McAfee put up $500,000 of his own money as college game day landed at Vanderbilt University. Tyler Wang, an engineering and economics major, won the lottery to make the field goal kick. He did not know he’d be doing it for half a million dollars until seconds before the big moment. Wang made the goal. McAfee called it the most impressive kick of the season. So far this year, McAfee has given away a total of $2.6 million to college day field goal winners.
