US President Donald Trump and Japanese Prime minister Takaichi sign an agreement "securing" the supply of critical and rare earth minerals. The US leader is on a two-day visit to Japan, sandwiched between a trip to Malaysia and a meeting in South Korea with Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping that could ease the bruising trade war between the world’s two biggest economies.
