Hurricane Melissa swept through the Caribbean, hitting Jamaica and causing significant damage. Jamaica’s Prime Minister told CNN’s Anderson Cooper there "would be devastating impacts" wherever the eye of Hurricane Melissa hit the island. The storm continues to lose some strength, but remains a very dangerous hurricane as it heads towards Cuba.
