Hong Kong govt observes moment of silence for fire victims | AFP

Hong Kong’s leader and top government officials observe a moment of silence to mourn the victims of the city’s deadliest fire in decades, which killed at least 128 people and displaced hundreds. City leader John Lee, along with senior ministers and dozens of top civil servants, stand in silence for three minutes outside the government’s headquarters with the flags of China and Hong Kong flying at half-mast.
