Michael Dell, the founder of Dell Technologies, and his wife announced they would donate $6.5 billion to create an additional 25 million “Trump Accounts” for children across the country. NBC News’ Shannon Pettypiece reports on the money in the account that must be invested in stock mutual funds or stock index funds and restricted to children living in areas of $150,000 median household income or less.
