The challenging fire between the walls of two Thorncliffe Park apartment complexes in Toronto was finally out, officials said Tuesday. However, nearly three weeks after it broke out, it’s unclear whether displaced residents will be allowed back home for the holidays.
Toronto Fire Chief Jim Jessop said an investigation into what caused the fire is ongoing with Toronto police.
