After a 24-hour standoff in Welland, Ont., police arrested 59-year-old Daniel Tronko, who had been barricaded in a former church. An officer was shot, and the suspect now faces attempted murder and possibly other charges. The incident began Friday morning after local police responded to a dispute over a fence.
