How is Australia coping with the deadly Bondi beach shooting one week after? | DW News

From DW News.

Australia is marking one week since the deadly Bondi beach shooting.
People have gathered at the site of the iconic beach to pay tribute to 15 people killed in the worst terror attack in Australia’s living memory. Most of the victims were Jewish, marking the first day of Hanukkah. A father and son are accused of carrying out the terror attack, which the Australian authorities say was inspired by ideology of the so-called Islamic State. Officials have launched a probe into possible failures of intelligence services and Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has announced a gun buyback scheme.
