Go behind the scenes with the talented composers and musicians who created the award-winning original score for the documentary, Nkashi: Race for the Okavango. Produced by the National Geographic Society’s Impact Story Lab and Batswana filmmakers, The Music of Nkashi follows artists from Botswana, across Africa, and around the world as they gather in the Okavango Delta to create original music tracks for the powerful film. The resulting score, winner of the Jackson Wild Award for Original Music Score, is authentic to the Okavango Delta region and celebrates the culture and collaboration in Africa.
