Dashcam footage released by authorities in Texas shows the moment a driver crashed into an 18-wheeler on Christmas Day. The deputy in pursuit at the time of the crash had been responding to reports of a reckless driver.

Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported.

The driver "was an elderly gentleman who was fatigued and falling asleep while driving," according to the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office.
