Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro is being held in a New York detention center after U.S. President Donald Trump ordered a raid to capture the South American leader and take control of the country and its vast oil reserves. Maduro’s vice president, Delcy Rodriguez, has called it a kidnapping and is demanding his immediate release.
