Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) joins Morning Joe after President Trump openly admitted the U.S. is willing to carry out regime change in Venezuela and threats of U.S. action in Colombia and Mexico. Schumer says he plans to bring the bipartisan War Powers Act to the Senate floor emphasizing that “if there was ever a time [Republicans] must step up to the plate, this is the time.”
