From USA TODAY.
As the city of Minneapolis reels in the aftermath of the fatal shooting of a woman by an immigration agent, Minnesota investigators say they have withdrawn from a probe into the agent’s use of force after being denied access to evidence.
The woman, identified by the Minneapolis City Council as Renee Nicole Good, 37, was shot in the head on Wednesday in a residential neighborhood south of downtown Minneapolis. The fatal shooting was captured on video by witnesses and sparked widespread anger amid heightened political and community tensions over immigration activity in the city as part of President Donald Trump’s nationwide immigration enforcement efforts.
