The Trump administration is doubling down on its efforts to project an America-first agenda by further retreating from the global fray.
 
The latest move will see the U.S. walk away from more than 60 international and non-governmental organizations that both the president and his inner circle argue no longer serve the country’s interests.
 
As Reggie Cecchini reports, most of the targets in this withdrawal, announced late Wednesday night, are UN-related and primarily focus on areas that the Trump administration has sought to discredit or simply ignore.
