At least four people were killed and several others were injured after Russian forces carried out a strike targeting military industrial facilities in Ukraine. The strikes hit a postal terminal, destroying buildings and sparking multiple fires and came just hours after the United States accused Russia of “dangerous and inexplicable escalation” of the war.
