British Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper says the government has summoned the Iranian ambassador in London "to answer for the horrific reports" emerging from Iran amid a deadly crackdown on protests. Mass protests have erupted across the country calling for an end to the theocratic regime in power since 1979, triggering a crackdown which activists say has killed at least 648 people. SOUNDBITE
