Sara, who has been studying in Japan for the last two years, was recently back in the Iranian city of Kermanshah – which she said has a heavy military presence. Sara, who withheld her full name for security reasons, as others did, said she saw many military vehicles parked in the streets of Nobahar, and military personnel with guns.
