People living in a Connecticut town say they are living in a real-life episode for Stranger Things. A constant 24/7 hum has been hovering over West Haven like a cloud of sound. Kimberly Nunes started a petition demanding that town leaders address the issue. West Haven’s commissioner of human services used a sound level meter to measure the decibel levels. Residents believe the sound is coming from an industrial factory.
