In his first time attending as prime minister, Mark Carney arrived in Switzerland Monday for the World Economic Forum. The annual conference, typically aimed at promoting trade and commerce around the globe, is anticipated to be overshadowed by Trump’s recent threats to acquire Greenland.

When asked on Sunday what he would say to Trump regarding Greenland, Carney reaffirmed his commitment to stand with Greenland, Europe, and Canada’s NATO allies.
