Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky criticises European powers for so far failing to establish to a tribunal to try Russian President Vladimir Putin for its assault on Ukraine. "Many meetings have taken place… What’s missing? Time or political will?" he says in his speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
