During his testimony on Capitol Hill, former Special Counsel Jack Smith stated, “I will not be intimidated,” when asked about President Trump’s repeated threats to Smith and his staff.
Rep. Becca Balint, D-Vt., also asked Smith if he believes Trump’s Department of Justice will find some way to indict him, “I believe they will do everything in their power to do that because they’re been ordered by the president,” Smith replied.
