Former Canadian Olympic snowboarder and alleged drug kingpin Ryan Wedding is now behind bars in the United States. The B.C. man had been at the top of the FBI’s most wanted list, accused of running a multinational drug operation and masterminding a string of murders. Wedding was arrested in Mexico where he was believed to be in hiding for more than a decade, working with the notorious Sinaloa drug cartel. Touria Izri reports.

Millions of Canadians are bundling up as a powerful Arctic air mass tightens its grip on much of the country. Environment Canada has issued yellow and orange weather warnings from Alberta all the way to the Maritimes and Labrador. In some areas, wind chills are expected to make it feel minus 50 degrees.
