Peace talks in Abu Dhabi between Ukraine, Russia and the United States have ended without any agreement. And as negotiators were meeting, Russia launched a huge attack on Ukraine, killing at least one person and leaving hundreds of thousands to brave yet another night in sub-zero temperatures.
