Canadian MPs return from their winter break to Parliament Hill and will partake in the first question period of 2026. Prime Minister Mark Carney will not be in attendance as he is meeting with Ontario Premier Doug Ford in Toronto this afternoon.

MPs will debate affordability measures, trade and tariffs, and other pressing issues on top of mind for Canadians.
