U.S. President Donald Trump said Tuesday that Alex Pretti, the man shot multiple times by a federal agent in Minneapolis last weekend, should not have been carrying a gun. The comments come a day after U.S. Border Patrol “commander at large” Gregory Bovino was replaced with Tom Homan.
