Federal agents were seen smashing at the window of a vehicle before arresting two men near the Columbia Heights neighborhood in Minneapolis. A woman with a baby was seen crying and pleading with the officers. It’s unclear what happened in the moments leading up to the video. CNN has reached out to DHS for comment.
