As the White House looks to lower the temperature amid the public uproar over the deadly shooting of Alex Pretti by federal agents, President Donald Trump is trying to shift the focus on the economy. It comes as two Republican senators joined Democrats in calling for the ouster of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. The president, meanwhile is standing by Noem, saying "I think she’s doing a very good job." NBC’s Garrett Haake reports for TODAY.
