President Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, is speaking out for the first time since arriving in Minnesota to take over federal immigration operations in the state. Homan acknowledged mistakes during raids, but called on state officials to cooperate. CBS News’ Natalie Brand and Ian Lee report.
