Naseema McElroy, 44, is a labor and delivery nurse with a personal finance brand in Brentwood, California. In 2015, she accumulated nearly $1 million in debt and decided to learn how to better manage her money. Naseema started her business, Financially Intentional, to document her debt payoff journey. By 2017, she was debt-free.
